1. Services

GM Events provides corporate event management, exhibition stand design and construction, AV equipment rental, and print & promotional materials production in Baku, Azerbaijan.

2. Quotes & Proposals

All quotes provided through our website are preliminary estimates. Final pricing is confirmed in a written commercial proposal after detailed briefing. Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. Standard terms include a 50% advance payment and 50% upon project completion. All prices are quoted in USD or AZN as specified.

4. Cancellation

Cancellation terms vary by service and project scope. Generally, cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations within 14 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

GM Events is committed to delivering services as agreed. Our liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not liable for force majeure events, venue-related issues outside our control, or client-side delays.
