About the Project

GM Events was engaged as the primary stand builder for the Russia–Azerbaijan Trade & Agricultural Exhibition — a major bilateral trade forum held at the Baku Congress Center, bringing together leading Russian agro-food exporters and Azerbaijani import partners.

Our team handled the complete design-to-build cycle: from structural engineering of 10+ modular pavilions to full interior fit-out, branded graphics production, LED screen integration, meeting furniture installation, and AgroBistro zone construction.

Key exhibitors included Мираторг, ОЗК, ЭкоНива, and the official stand of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation / AgroExport.
