Yes — delivery within Baku city and setup/teardown by our team is included in all packages. Delivery outside Baku (regions) is charged additionally based on distance.
For small packages (conference 50 pax) — 3–5 days is usually sufficient. For large gala packages — 2+ weeks recommended. For international events — 1 month minimum.
Yes — one contract, one invoice for the entire package. Our accounting team provides all necessary documentation for corporate procurement and finance departments.
