About the Project

Baku ID is Azerbaijan's flagship technology and innovation conference, powered by SABAH.HUB — bringing together startup founders, investors, tech leaders, and government representatives under one roof. The event hashtag #revealyourID captured the theme of personal and professional identity in the digital age.

GM Events handled complete end-to-end production: from stage engineering and LED installation to outdoor sponsor zone setup, branding across the entire venue, lighting design, and day-of coordination.

The main stage featured a full-width LED wall backdrop with dynamic branded content, a truss lighting rig with moving heads and beam lights, dual side-screen displays, and a fully branded panel sofa set for speaker discussions.
