Registration & Welcome Tent Installation

GM Events supplied and assembled a cluster of premium white pagoda tents outside the Baku Congress Center for the PMC2026 delegate registration zone. The multi-bay tent setup was installed overnight before the event opening.

The tents provided an all-weather welcome area with internal lighting, cocktail tables, and a clean, professional appearance matching the EFP brand palette.

About the Project

The EFP Perio Master Clinic (PMC) is the flagship hands-on educational event of the European Federation of Periodontology — one of the world's leading dental scientific organisations. PMC2026 marked the first time this prestigious conference was held in Baku, Azerbaijan.

GM Events was the exclusive stand contractor, responsible for building all commercial exhibitor stands, installing the full-venue EFP entry branding, and delivering the outdoor registration tent zone — all within a tight pre-event build window.

Stand formats ranged from small modular 3×3m shell-scheme booths to bespoke 4×4m+ premium pavilions with custom structures, LED screens, dedicated flooring, integrated lighting, and branded furniture.
