Can you integrate with our existing registration platform? ▼

Yes. We support integration with Eventbrite, Hopin, custom CSV lists and our own event management software. Scanners can pull guest lists directly from your platform via API or sync from CSV.

Do your operators speak Azerbaijani, Russian and English? ▼

Yes. Our registration operators are fully bilingual (AZ/RU) and have basic English. For international events we can provide trilingual staff.

What happens if the internet goes down during registration? ▼

All scanners and badge printers operate in offline mode. Guest lists are cached locally. The system syncs when connectivity is restored. We also provide 4G/5G LTE router backup as standard.

How fast does badge printing work at the counter? ▼

Swiftcolor badge printers produce a full-colour A6 badge in 7–10 seconds. With 3 printer stations, you can register 150–200 guests per hour without queues.
