Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in the accreditation package price?
All packages include: equipment rental, delivery to your venue, full setup and testing, on-site technician for the entire event duration, and teardown after the event. Badge blanks and consumables are included in the quantities listed per package.
Can you integrate with our registration software (Eventbrite, Cvent, etc.)?
Yes. We support import from Excel/CSV, and our systems have been integrated with Eventbrite, Cvent, custom CRM systems, and local Azerbaijani registration platforms. We can also operate with standalone offline lists if internet is not available at the venue.
How early do you set up before the event?
For standard events we arrive 2–3 hours before check-in opens. For large-scale events (1,000+ pax) we recommend setup 4–6 hours in advance. All setup time is included — no extra charges for early arrival.
Do you supply staff for the registration desks?
Yes. Our packages include trained registration staff who operate the equipment and assist attendees. For the Professional package we provide an IT lead who manages the backend system throughout the event.
What happens if a printer breaks during the event?
Every printer has a hot-swap standby unit on-site. If any device fails, the backup is activated within 3–5 minutes — no interruption to your check-in flow. This is a core part of our guarantee.
Can you provide accreditation outside of Baku?
Absolutely. GM Events has deployed accreditation systems across Azerbaijan — Ganja, Sumgayit, Mingachevir, Jabrayil, Sheki and remote locations. Transportation and accommodation for our team are factored into quotes for out-of-Baku events.
